Tabbing (Wafer Sealing)

Depending on the type of mail piece you have, there may be US postal regulations requiring the piece to be tabbed. In certain situations, a mail piece can be mailed without a tab, but may incur a non-automation surcharge in the process. We will alert you to this situation and most likely recommend that a tab be used in order to minimize your cost. Those postal regulations may require only a single tab or in some cases may require more.
